Shipping + Shop Policies
United States: All US orders are shipped using USPS 2-5 day priority mail out of NYC. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided, this can sometimes end up in your spam folder. Items marked "ready to ship" will go out within 3 business days.
Worldwide: International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be received depending on where you are in the world. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided, this can sometimes end up in your spam folder. The tracking number supplied will track the package as it moves across the US on our end, once it is out of the US you will need to contact your local post office should questions arise. In many countries International packages are subject to fees upon arrival. These fees are defined by foreign government officials and are completely outside of our control. We sincerely hope that you understand this. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay, so we urge you to look into your local import and duties fees prior to purchase. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be reshipped unless all shipping fees are paid for. We do not refund for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address. "ready to ship" will go out within 3 business days.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If a mistake has been made on our part please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package for an exchange. Due to the made to order nature of the shop, rings cannot be exchanged if the wrong size is ordered as each piece is custom made to your specifications. Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. This policy is firm. If You are unsure of your ring size please order a sizer here: We do NOT offer refunds. Should you have any concerns regarding the order you have received please contact us immediately and we will come to a resolution.

In the event that a repair is required after 3 weeks of the purchase date, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item. We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection.
- Jewelry care
As with all jewelry, please wear with care. It's best not to wear it while sleeping, swimming, bathing, washing dishes or other rough work with your hands. It's best to avoid coming into contact with soaps or chemicals that may be harsh, applying hand lotion and spraying perfumes on pieces is also discouraged. Please take extra care when wearing rings with prongs or opals, as both are very delicate. Rotating your rings with prongs to the palm side of your hand while putting on a sweater or going through your pockets will help avoid snagging. Opal's brilliant colors can be attributed to their softness, so it is not uncommon for opals to become damaged. We use both Australian and Ethiopian Opals, these should never come into contact with water or cleaning solutions. Opal rings should always be removed before hand washing. That being said, we are happy to repair or replace stones for a small fee should an accident occur. We are also here to help you find a piece best suited for your lifestyle, so please don't hesitate to ask.
- A note on brass:
The look of gold, without the price! We are so happy to offer this affordable option. Most people experience a green mark on their skin while wearing brass this is a natural harmless chemical reaction. Keeping your hands dry and avoiding showering, washing and swimming while wearing a brass ring will minimize the color. You can also apply a thin layer of nail polish to the inside of the band to prevent this from happening.
